Eligibility and Submission Requirements

  1. Submissions must demonstrate results using Adobe CX Enterprise products that meet the eligibility requirements for the category entered. Adobe Creative Cloud applications may be included as supporting technologies but do not independently satisfy category eligibility. See category descriptions and prerequisites for details.
  2. Adobe partners may submit applications on behalf of customers if they are a current member of the Adobe Digital Experience Partner Program. Submissions must showcase the client’s results using eligible Adobe CX Enterprise products and AI capabilities.
  3. Adobe partners submitting on behalf of a client must obtain prior approval for the content provided in the application(s) and supply contact information for the end customer (who agrees to be contacted by Adobe if selected as a finalist). It is the partner’s responsibility to ensure no existing contracts—including NDAs or confidentiality agreements—prohibit disclosure of the submitted information.
  4. Companies may submit one (1) entry per category, up to a maximum across three (3) total categories. Parent companies and their subsidiaries, regional organizations, or affiliated business units may submit separately, provided each applicant represents a distinct organization and each submission reflects unique business results.
  5. All submissions must showcase new applications, capabilities, implementations, or use cases. Previously submitted applications or use cases are not eligible.
  6. Submissions must be received prior to the deadline of November 20, 2026 at 11:59 pm PT. A complete award submission must include an applicant profile, nominee profile (if applicable), responses to universal category questions, and category-specific entry responses.
  7. Improperly submitted or incomplete entries are ineligible for consideration.
  8. All submissions are reviewed confidentially by an Adobe judging panel. All decisions are final.
  9. If selected as a finalist or winner, applicants agree to allow Adobe to feature their company name, logo, publicly available imagery, and high-level business impact summaries in Awards communications, promotional materials, and event programming.
  10. Applicants for The Maverick award agree that the winner will be determined by public online voting on the Adobe Experience Maker Awards website during the designated voting period, and that Adobe may promote voting among the named finalists through Adobe-owned social media channels. Voting results are final.
  11. If selected as a finalist, at least one representative from each finalist company is required to attend the Adobe Experience Maker Awards gala event in person on March 22, 2027 at Adobe Summit in Las Vegas.
  12. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
  13. Applicants agree to Adobe’s Privacy Policy.
