  1. How have you brought digital strategy and internal operations into alignment to better attract, engage, and retain customers using Adobe applications?
  2. How are Adobe applications, features, and capabilities powering your organization’s transformation? What benefits have you observed over what period (e.g., xx% faster time to market, xx% reduced churn, xx% increased traffic or conversions over months or years)?
  3. If you replaced any existing technology with Adobe applications, or chose Adobe over another product, what was the benefit of moving to Adobe?

Eligibility and Submission Requirements

  1. Submissions must include results using at least one Adobe Experience Cloud product as a featured application. These applications include: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Target, and Adobe Workfront. Submissions may also include Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  2. Partners applying on behalf of Adobe customers must be a current member of the Adobe Solution Partner Program or the Adobe Technology Partner Program. Submissions must showcase the client’s results using one or more Adobe Experience Cloud products as a featured application (see list above).
  3. Adobe partners submitting on behalf of a client must obtain prior approval for the content provided in the application(s) and supply contact information for the end customer (who agrees to be contacted by Adobe if selected as a finalist). It is the partner’s responsibility to ensure that there are no existing contracts prohibiting the disclosure of submitted information, such as those deemed confidential or restricted by a nondisclosure agreement.
  4. Multiple entries from the same company may be submitted for consideration in up to three (3) total categories.
  5. For companies that have applied previously, all submissions need to showcase new applications or use cases. Previously submitted applications will not be eligible.
  6. Submissions must be received prior to the deadline of October 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm PT. A complete award submission must include an applicant’s profile, the nominee profile (if applicable), universal category questions, and category-specific entry details.
  7. Improperly submitted or incomplete entries are ineligible for consideration.
  8. Each submission will be reviewed by an Adobe judging panel and decisions made by this panel are final.
  9. Applicants agree to allow Adobe to publicize their company and submission content as a finalist or winner on the Adobe Experience Maker Awards website, the Adobe blog, other company-owned marketing communication channels, and with the press.
  10. Applicants for The Maverick award agree to allow the general public to decide and vote on the winner for this category. Voting verdicts are final.
  11. If a customer submission is selected as a category finalist, at least one representative from each finalist company will be required to attend the Adobe Experience Maker Awards gala event in person on April 19, 2026 at Adobe Summit in Las Vegas.
  12. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
  13. Applicants agree to Adobe’s Privacy Policy.
